Deliveries are made via logistics providers (e.g., OCA, Andreani). Upon delivery, the user must check the product condition. For returns, the user must email info@lagunabrava.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, including their ID and order number.

Right of Withdrawal: The user may cancel the order within 10 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
