In accordance with Clause 11 of the General Terms and Conditions, pursuant to Resolution 424/2020 of the former Secretariat of Domestic Trade and under Articles 1110 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code and 34 of the Consumer Protection Law, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 10 days of contracting the service, provided the work has not yet begun.

To do so, the Customer must access the following link and complete the form with the required information. Upon receipt of the request, ELAIOTECNIA S.A. will have 15 business days to analyze and respond.

According to section (a) of Article 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, a refund will not be applicable if the work has already commenced.

Products must meet the following conditions: be sealed, show no signs of having been previously opened, include all original seals, and be in optimal condition. They must be returned in the original branded packaging, including both the primary packaging (bottles, jars, pouches, bags) and any secondary packaging.
