
Ingredients
Mix of greens (arugula, purple lettuce and spinach leaves)
2 pears
10 black olives
30g of Feta cheese
10g of Walnuts
Dried cranberries
Juice of 1 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Pre-wash the mixed greens.

Cut the pears in quarters.

Brush with olive oil and grill the pears in quarters in a roasting pan until they are golden brown. Then set aside.

Hydrate the cranberries in olive oil and set aside.

Make a vinaigrette with lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Place in a bowl a good amount of greens, the grilled pears, the black olives, the hydrated cranberries, the walnuts and the feta cheese cut into pieces.

Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
