
Ingredients
1 package of papardelle
1 bunch fresh basil
20g of parmesan cheese
20g of walnuts
Extra virgin olive oil
10g coarse salt per liter of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the water with coarse salt in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.

On the other hand, process the basil together with the grated parmesan cheese, the walnuts and the olive oil until it becomes a pasty consistency. Then set aside.

Once the pasta is cooked, mix with the pesto and serve. Grated parmesan can be added on top.
