Papardelle with pesto

Ingredients

1 package  of papardelle
1 bunch fresh basil
20g of parmesan cheese
20g of walnuts
Extra virgin olive oil
10g coarse salt per liter of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1 Boil the water with coarse salt in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.
2 On the other hand, process the basil together with the grated parmesan cheese, the walnuts and the olive oil until it becomes a pasty consistency. Then set aside.
3 Once the pasta is cooked, mix with the pesto and serve. Grated parmesan can be added on top.
