
Ingredients
1 country bread
300g of shiitake mushrooms
3 garlics
Extra virgin olive oil
250g of cream cheese
1 small bundle of chives
Lemon of 1 juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cut the bread into slices and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake them until they are toasted, then set aside.

For the mushrooms: if they are dehydrated, place them in a pot with water and a tea bag until they reach their real size, then drain and dry. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and set aside.

For the bruschetta base: mix the cream cheese with a little lemon juice, salt, pepper, a little bit of olive oil and fresh chives.

Final step: spread each toast with the flavored cheese and place the sautéed mushrooms on top, drizzle with a little of olive oil and garnish with fresh chives.
