
Ingredients
1 burrata
50g of sauteed cherry tomatoes
Basil
1 garlic clove
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and sauté them with a little olive oil and garlic.

Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Dry the excess liquid from the burrata.

Place the tomatoes together with the burrata on a plate. Cut a slit in the top so that the stracciatella can be seen.

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
