
Ingredients
1 country style bread
250g of cherry tomatoes
2 fresh thyme sprigs
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of sugar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cut the bread into slices and place them on a baking sheet, drizzle them with olive oil and bake them until they are toasted, then set aside.

Wash the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with a little sugar on top and place also the garlic and the thyme. Season all with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Cook at low temperature for about 1 hour, remove and serve on the toast. Add a drizzle of olive oil and garnish with fresh thyme.
